I love this image. I have always been a huge fan of Masamune Shirow's art style, and I have practiced a long time to emulate a similar art style for when I do cyberpunk art of pretty cyber girls and android/robot girls.

You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, reproduce, transmit, or create derivative works based on the Files except as expressly permitted in writing by Nimda or her legal team.

2. Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Files remain exclusively with Nimda. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a waiver of Nimda’s rights in the Files. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, You acquire no ownership rights or interests in the Files by virtue of this Agreement or Your use of the Files.

3. Restrictions. You may not: (i) remove or alter any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary notices contained in the Files; (ii) use the Files in any manner that suggests a relationship with Nimda beyond the scope of this Agreement; (iii) use the Files in any manner that disparages Nimda or otherwise harms Nimda’s reputation or goodwill; (iv) use the Files in any pornographic, obscene, unlawful, or defamatory manner; or (v) use the Files in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.

4. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Files and delete or destroy all copies of the Files in Your possession or control.

5. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Nimda and her affiliates, licensors, and service providers harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to Your use of the Files, any breach of this Agreement, or any allegation that any File supplied to You infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
